Complaints about products

All quality/quantity complaints in delivery should be submitted through the complaint form.

All quality/quantity complaints in delivery should be filed up to 48 hours from the time of the delivery of products. If there is no information about discrepancies in the delivery within this time, the delivery shall be considered compliant with the order. ARA Pet Product Wholesaler shall be obliged to investigate the complaint within 14

ARA Pet Product Wholesaler will not consider complaints about the following products:

  • Products purchased in the company’s business location.
  • Non-prefabricated goods, made according to customer’s specifications.
  • Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Goods delivered in a sealed package which cannot be returned after the opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after the delivery.
  • Goods which due to their nature will be inseparably connected with other products after the delivery.
